This is an error. It fits well on one side, but the button doesn't press well because it sticks to one side.

The buttons will loosen up , especially if you use the included button covers. If it doesn't free up, we have a Butterfingers Replacement Policy and can get you a replacement cover. But the alignment looks good so it should free up with the button covers on there. -Team Toast

I bought two of these in different wood types. The precision of the cuts is high and the folding part of sides works well. 3M adhesive is super strong. For one phone, I actually used the case a replacement custom back after scraping off the broken glass, cleaning the surface and then X-Actoing the back+first `ring’ of the side. The wood is more practical than glass, and wireless charging still works fine [not waterpoof, though]
